2 lb. lean ground beef1 (2 lb.) package of tater tots1 can cream of mushroom soup2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Press 2 lbs. ground beef into the bottom of a 13x9 glass baking dish, spread cream of mushroom soup over the ground beef, and top with shredded cheese. Cover with frozen tator tots.
Bake covered with foil for 45 minutes, then uncovered for 15. Serves 9.
