Chicken Avocado "Grilled Cheese"

.25 of an Avocado; sliced3 oz of chicken strips; grilledA med. sized tomato cut off 2 small pieces2 slices of whole grain bread.25 cup cheddar cheeseSpray butter for both slices of breadSalt and pepper to taste.
Flat pan med heat. Start heating up the chicken off to the side of the pan. Spray the bread, put them on the pan. Lay down the cheese on the bread. Lay the sliced avocado on either side on the bread as well as the tomato. The chicken should be a good enough temp now so lay that down on either side. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Flip the one side onto the other and poof! Your done. Cut in half and enjoy!
