Slow Cooker Pork Chili

Ingredients
2 cans chili beans2 cans diced tomatoes2lb country style pork ribs, boneless1 small onion, chopped
Directions
Place pork in the bottom of slow cooker (crockpot). Cover with chili beans, tomatoes, & onions. Add chili powder if desired.

Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Before serving, shred pork with two forks.

Serve over rice (not included in nutritional info) and top w/ fat free shredded cheese (also not included)
