Brown ground beef,drain fat. Add onion and celery and sautee 3 min. Add garlic, minced, chili powder, and Italian seasoning to taste. Add canned tomatoes, stock and water. Add remaining vegetables, lentils and barley. Simmer 2-3 hours. Add more liquid if too thick.
