Paleo Power Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 4 tsp Basil, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp Rosemary, 1 tbsp Almonds, .25 cup, sliced Pepper
Directions
Steam cauliflower and set aside to cool.
Cut fresh herbs and add to 4 T of olive oil.
Sautee onions and garlic quickly and add to olive oil.
Add 1/4 cup of sliced almonds.
Combine all into baking dish and top with another 1/4 cup of almond slices.
Bake til heated thru, about 25-30 minutes and serve hot with my Paleo Power Herb Roasted Chicken.
