basic egg muffins

Ingredients
for each muffin:1 piece center cut bacon, cooked, cut in half1/8 c shredded cheddar1 large egg
Directions
cook bacon, leaving it a little soft so it is flexible. coat muffin tin with cooking spray. layer 1 piece of cooked bacon, cut in half, in an "X" shape on the bottom of the muffin tin. add cheese, then crack an egg on top. season if you like. bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until yolks are set as desired.
