Ingredients
1/2 cup Fage 0%1 egg (large)2 egg whites (large)3/4 - 1 cup rolled oats (not instant/not flavored, no sugar added)1-2 scoops zero carb protein powder (any flavor)1/2 - 1 tspn cinnamonstevia to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Cook in non-stick pan over med heat.
