Onion Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. lean (93%) ground beef1 10.5 oz. can condensed french onion soup1/2 cup onions, diced1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)2 Tbs. Wondra flour
Directions
Brown ground beef, along with onion and mushrooms in a non-stick pan, and drain fat (thoroughly) in a colander. Return to pan. Add soup and one can water. Bring to a simmer and let cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Continue to simmer and begin to stir in Wondra a little at at time until it thickens. (You will want it to be thick enough to pile on a bun and not run off).
