Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

1 pound ground beef (96% Extra Lean)1 medium Onion, chopped1 Green Pepper, chopped6 oz Fresh Mushrooms, sliced1/4 cup A1 steak Sauce1 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth1 tsp Mrs. Dash Grilling Blends Hamburger Seasoning (or a few dashes each of salt and pepper)4 slices reduced fat Provolone Cheese4 Village Hearth Light Italian Hamburger Buns
In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef.
Drain and/or rinse if desired, then return to skillet.
Add the onion, green pepper and mushrooms to skillet and cook another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
Stir in the steak sauce and beef broth, season with hamburger seasoning (or salt and pepper if you'd rather), and bring up to a low boil.
Cook about 2 minutes.
Place one slice of cheese on the bottom side of each bun, and then place a spoonful of the meat mixture over the cheese.
If desired, drizzle with additional steak sauce and place top with the other side of the bun.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
