Tomato, Cucumber, Onion Salad

Ingredients
2 Roma Tomatoes, sliced into thin wedges1 C Cucumber, peeled, chopped1/4 C onion, chopped finely2 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider VinegarSea Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Slice, peel and chop ingredients and place into a glass bowl. Add Apple Cider Vinegar and then put covered bowl into refrigerator for 20 min to marinate. Add any spices you might like.
