Egg Muffins

Ingredients
Egg white, fresh, 4 largeSausage, breakfast, Jimmy Dean Natural, 2oz cooked, 4 ozMozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .25 cup, shreddedSpinach, fresh, 6 leafEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large
Directions
4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, all natural breakfast sausage, spinach, a bit of cheese (1/4.c total)
Mix eggs and set aside in a 350 oven put just a bit of sausage in the bottom of muffin tin (about 1 tbls per cup). Brown that about 8 minutes. Add spinach on top of sausage. Pour egg mix over til each cup is almost full. Add a bit of cheese to top. Bake about 20 minutes. These are great and totally portable!!
