Vegetarian chili

Ingredients
5 cans of a variety of beans4 medium sized zucchini chopped2 peppers chopped1 Tbl Chili Powder2 Tbl Cilantro1 Tbl Red pepper flakes (more optional)1 Large can crushed tomatoes1 cup Garlic - onions for those who can eat themAdditional liquid as needed. I just used water from rinsing the cans.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook 5-6 hours on variable heat, or 8 hours on low.
