One large sweet potatoOne scoop protein powder (I used chocolate, but vanilla would be good too.)One cup rice krispy cereal, dividedOne tsp coconut oil
preheat oven to 350 degrees. microwave sweet potato 10 mins and let cool. remove skin. mash in a large bowl with a fork and mix in protein powder. gently stir in half of the cereal. spread rest of cereal on a plate. greese baking sheet with coconut oil. roll mixture into six balls and roll around in cereal to coat. bake for about 10 mins. let cool slightly.
