4C. Whole Grain Elbow Macaroni1 Cucumber1 Red Bell Pepper6 small sweet pickles1pkg Cubed Ham 95% FFDressing:2C. Light Miracle Whip1/4 cup sugar (or less - to taste)3-4T Salad or Cider VinegarMilk to make pourableSalt, Pepper to taste
Cook elbow macaroni as directed on box
Cut up cucumber and red pepper
Dice sweet pickles
Mix together:
Light MIracle Whip, Sugar, Vinegar and add some sweet pickle juice and milk to make pourable.
When macaroni is cooked and cooled put all veggies in then mix in dressing to coat.
Serving Size: 1 Cup
