Ingredients
2/3 cup water1/2 cup skim milk2 large eggs2 tbsp vegetable oil1/2 tsp sugar1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp salt1 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
Combine water, milk, eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth. Add flour gradually, blending until smooth. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour 2 tbsp batter into pan and swirl. Cook until edges start to curl and bottom is golden brown. Flip. Remove from heat.
