Healthy Dirty Rice

Ingredients
1 Green Bellpepper, diced1 small onion, diced2 garlic gloves, mincedsalt,peppercajun seasoning1 cup of uncooked brown rice1 tbsp olive oil1 package of ground turkey
Directions
Begin to cook your rice according to package directions. While rice is cooking saute your veggies in olive oil in a deep pan about 5 min until tender but not browned. Add package of ground turkey to veggies and cook untill meat is no longer pink. Break up ground turkey while cooking. Add your seasonings to meat. When rice is cooked add the rice to the meat and mix together. ENJOY!
