Warm Kale Salad

Ingredients
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspCabbage, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 small Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large chopped Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped kale, raw, 2 cup Oscar Mayer Turkey Hot Dog, 1 serving BRAGG Liquid Aminos, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add mushrooms, cabbage, onions, & red bell pepper. Saute for 3 min. Wash & partially dry kale & remove from stems. Tear in pieces & add to skillet. Spray 4 sprays of liquid amino's (or soy sauce). Cover & cook on med-low heat for 5 min. Add chopped up frank & cook 2 more minutes.
