Ingredients
potatoasparagus milk olive oilflourwatersalt and pepper
Directions
put water in pot boil just the stems of asparagus(the hard part you throw away) cook until water reduces by half. fish out stem. place potatoes asparagus and milk into the pot bring to boil and lower heat. in a separate saucepan put olive oil and flour together and make a roue.add roue to pot and bring to a boil to thicken
