Joan's Salad

Ingredients
1 head lettuce2 slicing tomatoes1/2 medium onion2 celery stalks4 oz of cheddar or any cheese you prefer (110 calories per serving)4 servings of turkey breast lunch meat (60 calories per serving)1/2 cup of seasoned croutons
Directions
Chop up the lettece, tomato, onion and celery and place in large bowl. Chop the cheese into small pieces and slice the lunch meat. You can add the lunch meat and cheese to your own bowl after the salad has been tossed for more accurate recording or just toss it all together and serve. Great with fat free ranch and italian.
Makes a great fast and easy dinner.
