1.25 lbs beef stew meat1 onion chopped1 pkg mushrooms slices (about 2 cups)1/4 cup flour1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup2 tbps beef soup base1.5 to 2 cups water
coat beef with flour, brown in cooking spray in pan with onions. When almost done add mushrooms, water and cream of mushroom soup and beef base. Bring to aboil, turn down and simmer, stirring ocasionally until tender. Meanwhile, boil noodles in a pot of water, add to the cooked beef tips mixture.
