Roasted Tofu

Ingredients
1 tbsp Oregano, ground 2 block Tofu, extra firm 1 tsp Basil, dried ground 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Press tofu for ~30 minutes and slice each block into 8 equal pieces.

Heat oven to 350 degrees and line sheet with parchment paper.

Bake tofu for about an hour, flipping halfway through
