Ingredients
1 lb Turkey2 medium/large Sweet Potato10 spears Asparagus1/2 Red onion5 large Eggs1 Tsp salt1 Tsp pepper1/2 Tsp garlic powder4Tbs Coconut oil
Directions
Heat 2 Tbs coconut oil on high heat, add onion asparagus and sweet potato, reduce heat to medium and cover until sweet potatoes are at desired tenderness.

In another pan brown Turkey in the remaining coconut oil.

When potatoes are desired tenderness add turkey mix well then add eggs, salt, pepper coconut milk and garlic.

Let simmer for about 10 min. Take off heat and let sit for 5 min.

Serve and enjoy!
