Ellen's Homemade Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
400g packs of chopped tomatoes x 22 Stock cubesCannellini Beans - Canned, 410 gdry mixed Italian herbs, 2 T 700 g of mixed finely chopped carrots, celery, and onionElbow macaroni 0.5 cup Garlic powder, 1 T
Directions
Spray dutch oven with pan spray and sautee/steam veggies with cover on. Then add herbs, garlic powder, tomatoes, beans, and prepared stock. Simmer and add pasta. Soup is done when pasta is tender. Serve with wholemeal rolls.
