Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour0.5 cup water0.5 packet instant yeast1.5 tsp sugar1.5 tbsp oil
Directions
Mix ingredients in a bowl and cover, leave in a warm place to double in size. Once risen, punch down and form into loaf (and leave to rise again), roll out for pizza base, or divide into balls to be rolled out for flatbread.
