1 English Muffin, toasted1 Tbsp Land O Lakes whipped butter, divided & spread on toasted muffin1 large egg, beaten1 oz. mozzarella cheese, slice or shredded1 slice Canadian bacon
Toast English muffin and butter. Spray microwaveable single muffin container, place egg in bottom of container & beat lightly. Place Canadian bacon and cheese on top of raw egg. Close top cover of container. Microwave 57 seconds in 1100 watt microwave. May need cooked a little longer in smaller microwaves.
