Val's Lazy Lasagna

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 lb. or .5 kg. lean ground turkey1 cup frozen spinach1.5 cups 1% cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese)2 cups spaghetti sauce1 cup chopped onion1 clove finely minced garllic1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.5 cup grated parmesan cheese2 cups uncooked macaroni, or other pasta of your choice
Directions
1. Cook macaroni. Yield will be greater than 2 cups.
2. Saute ground turkey and onions in olive oil.
3. Add spaghetti sauce, garlic and spinach. Stir til spinach is melted in.
4. Add cottage cheese (or ricotta) and cheddar cheese and stir til cheese is melted.
5. In large, lasagna pan sprayed with cooking oil, place pasta and evenly distribute it.
6. Pour mixture over the pasta.
7. Top with parmesan cheese and top with some reserved cheddar if you like.
8. Bake in 350 degree farenheit til cheese is melted.
