Ingredients
whole wheat flour, all-purpose floursugarcinnamonbaking sodacrushed pineapplegranny smithgrated carrotsunsweetened raw coconutwalnutseggsegg whitescoconut oilvanilla extract
Directions
bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes

Mix dry ingredients first, in separate bowl, mix carrots, apples, walnuts and pineaple. Mix fruits and nuts into dry ingredients. warm oil, egg beaten eggs and vanilla (may harden so warm slightly again) Add liquid ingredients into 'dry' ingredients and spoon into GREASED muffin tin
