Tuna & Chickpea Salad

2 cans of tuna (5 oz each)2 cans of chickpeas (16oz each)Lemon Juice (1 oz)Cilantro (1 tbls)1 medium Onion (only use half) sliced thinly1/4 cup of Plain Yogurt1 clove Garlic
Drain the tuna and chickpeas and put in a bowl (big enough for mixing).
Cut the onion in half and then cut into thin slices. (separate the layers of onion so you end up with thin strips) place in the bowl with tuna and chickpeas.
In a separate bowl mix together cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and yogurt.
Add to tuna, chickpea and onion and mix well.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
