Rice Flour Cookies

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 85 grams Brown Sugar, 56 grams Rice flour, white, 170 gramsWalnuts, 2 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 2 oz Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 56 grams Water, tap, 4 fl oz
Directions
3 oz butter, 2 oz brown sugar combine sugar and butter beat until creamy;
Add one egg (2 oz), and 1 tsp vanilla and beat until egg and sugars are incorporated;
add to the sugar and butter mixture, 6 oz rice flour, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, with 6 oz rice flour, 2 oz of sunflower seeds, and 2 oz walnuts, add 4 oz of water;
Roll dough into 6 inch logs, 1.5 diameter, put in refrigerator until firm and chilled.
Slice 3/8 inch thick press gently to flatten cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees, for 10 minutes
