Wild Rice and Ham Casserole

1 c. dry Wild Blend Brown Rice1 can (10 oz.) Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup3/4 c. fat free Sour Cream2 tsp. yellow mustard10 oz. Broccoli, chopped1/3 lb. lean ham, cubed1/2 c. reduced fat shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 2 qt. casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook rice according to package directions (takes about 40-50 min.). Meanwhile, mix together all remaining ingredients except cheese.
Stir in cooked rice; transfer to prepared casserole dish and cover with lid or foil. Bake 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, uncover, and turn oven off. Top with cheese. Return to oven, uncovered. Leave it there for a few minutes until cheese melts.
