Ginger Banana Choc Chip bread (Gluten-free and Vegan)

Ingredients
1 c. oat flour½ tsp baking soda1.5 tsp baking powder½ tsp each: cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ground ginger½ tsp sea salt2 lg ripe bananas mashed1/4 c. of molasses / ¼ c. agave1/3 c. of tofu (egg substitute)½ c. of applesauce1 T. melted coconut oil1 T. espresso2 T. grated fresh ginger1 tsp vanilla extract¼ c. each: chopped nuts chocolate chips2 T. candied ginger
Directions
In lg bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In sm bowl, beat bananas, sugars, tofu, applesauce , oil, ginger, vanilla and coffee.
Mix wet into dry ingredients.
Fold in: nuts, chocolate chips and candied ginger

Bake in sprayed 8X8 inch pan at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
