Hearty Spiced Carrot Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup almond meal, 1 cup oats, 1 egg, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3/4 cup of honey or Agave, 3/4 cup of applesauce, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp allspice, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup grapeseed oil, 2 cups grated carrot, 1 cup skim milk
Directions
bake at 375 until toothpick comes clean; greater than 20 mins
