Ingredients
5 dry shiitake mushrooms1 hank bean thread noodles1 lb mixed gr beef & pork1/4 c onions, minced1 Tbsp minced garlic2 Tbsp fish sauce1/2 tsp each salt & pepper1 egg
Directions
Presoak mushrooms & noodles. Drain mushrooms & mince. Drain noodles & chop. Mix all ingredients, bake in small loaf pan at 375 for 30 minutes.
