Pan Cake Mothers recipe

Ingredients
100grams Flour sifted60 grams golden castor sugar or white sugar1 medium egg300ml Semi Skimmed Milkpinch of saltButter for greasing the pan
Directions
Sift flour and salt together in a bowl. Add sugar to this. Pour half of the milk into this mixture and mix to remove any lumps. At the same time whisk in a egg, then add the remaining milk to make a smooth batter.

Grease a non stick pan with some butter. Once its hot, add a little batter to test the consistency. The pan cake is ready in 50 secs on one side then flip it carefully on the other side for 25 seconds and its done. Adjust the consistency if too runny by adding a little flour or adding more milk if too thick.
