Red Cabbage Soup (2 Cup Serving)

Ingredients
1 medium head red cabbage, chopped3 large carrots, sliced3 stalks celery, sliced2 leeks, sliced1 box or 2 cans vegetable broth2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce or to taste2 tsp Braggs Amino Acid or to taste
Directions
Put broth in a large kettle. Add ingredients. Brig to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, turn the heat to just above simmer. Let simmer 2 hours or until tender.
