Asian Style Fish

Ingredients
Directions
Cod 16 ozs (cut into 4 oz filets)Low sodium soy sauce 1/4 cupSugar (or sweenter) 2 tbps3 Garlic ClovesLime juice ( 1 lime yield)
Mince garlic, then add all ingredients except fish into a wide bowl and stir until sugar has melted away.
Add fish into bowl and coat heavily on both sides.
Put everything into a cooking pan (that is oven/broiler safe) and set aside for 5 -10 mins.
Warm up broiler on high and stack the rack into a high position.
Once heated, place pan in oven for 5 mins and then rotate the pan 180 degrees and set for another 5 mins.
Add water to area that has dried up inbetween cooking.
