Lean Ground Beef Patties with Mushrooms

Ingredients
Pam, Olive Oil Cooking Spray1 clove of Garlic Minced3/4 cup chopped Onions1/2 cup Fresh Mushrooms small pieces 18 oz. Lean Ground Beef 80% / 20% Mrs, Dash seasoning blend onion & herb to tasteMrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend to tasteGround black pepper corn to taste
Directions
1. Pell and chopp the onion.

2. Pell and minc the garlic.

3. Brake mushrooms into small pieces.

4. Spay pam in a sauteuse and heat over a medium heat.

5. Sauté the garlic, onions, and mushrooms over a medium flame till thay are nearly done.

6. Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 min.

7. Add all the ingredients to the ground beff and mix well.

8. Cover and pu in the refrigerator over night.

9. Make 6 3-4 oz. patties.

10. Thay can ether be grilled on out-door BBQ grill for 1-3 min. on each side or grilled on a George Foreman grill for 1-3 mins.
