5 cups frozen Lady Cream Peas4 cups Chicken Stock1 cup Onion, diced1 cup Celery, diced1 Tbsp Garlic, minced1 Tbsp Olive Oil1.5 Tbsp Light Butter1 Bay Leaf
1. Add light butter and oil to large pan and turn heat on medium.
2. Add onions, celery and garlic. Saute over medium heat until onions are soft.
3. Add Chicken Stock and Bay Leaf, bring to a boil.
4. Turn heat to low and add peas.
5. Cover and simmer over low for 4 hours.
Serving Size: about 1 cup
