Biscuits and Gravy To Go

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese (I use Fat Free)Two packages of Crossiant dough (16 total)1 roll of sausage (16oz)
Directions
Brown the sausage. Drain the fat. Place meat back in pan. Stir in cream cheese. I find that it is easier to do when you put it back on the hot burner you just turned off. Place a dollop of the meat/cheese mixture on the top of the crossiant dough (larger end). Pull sides of crossiant over the top of the mixture and continue to roll like a crossiant. Make sure the meat is completely inside. Place on pan and bake for 10-12 minutes on 375, until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 16 stuffed crossiants
