Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Ingredients
5 lbs (about 20) red potatoes3 c 1% milk3 can cream of chicken soup24 oz. Velveeta Light Cheese Product2 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas2 small onions, diced3 cloves garlic, minced3.5 c extra lean ham, diced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Slice and boil potatoes until tender
- Mix soup, milk, velveeta, and garlic together and simmer on medium, stirring contantly until everythig is melted together
- In a large roasting pan, mix together cooked potatoes, ham, peas, and onion
- Pour cheese/soup mixture over top
- Bake at 30 minutes or until sauce has thickened and casserole is hot throughout.
