Accidental Fat-Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 c cold water2 tsp baking soda3 c flour5 TB cocoa2 c sugar1 tsp salt2 TB vinegar1 TB vanilla
Directions
Dissolve baking soda in water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 til done (9 X 13 pan, about 40 minutes. Cupcakes about 15-18 minutes)
