Ingredients
6 cups organic free range chicken broth1/4 tsp salt18 tsp pepper16 frozen potstickers1 cup frozen shelled edamame1 cup chopped watercress1 T sesame oil1 T rice vinegar
Directions
Bring 6 cups chicken broth to a simmer/boil with the salt and pepper. Add 16 frozen pot stickers and 1 Cup Shelled Edamame and cook 5 minutes until pot stickers float. Add watercress and cook for 30 seconds until slightly wilted. Add Sesame oil and Rice Vinegar and enjoy! A restaurant quality healthy soup 10 minutes from start to finish!
