Breakfast sausage & potato dish

Ingredients
8 C frozen hashbrowns, thawed1 onion, diced1 C shredded cheese6 eggs1 C milk1 t salt1/2 t pepper8 small sausage patties
Directions
In large bowl thaw hashbrowns, add diced onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Arrange the 8 sasuage patties evenly on top. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and milk. Pour milk mixture over the hashbrowns. Bake at 400 for 40-45 min. until set in middle. Top with cheese the last 3-4 minutes.
