Low Fat Banana Carob Chip Cookies

1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoon Smart Balance Light1 egg whites1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 ripe banana, mashed Carob chips, about 70 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa1/8 tsp. salt
Pre-heat oven to 375
In large bowl mix sugars, Smart Balance, vanilla egg whites. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon, and cocoa. Add banana and carob chips. Mix everything until well blended.
Drop dough by using rounded teaspoon and place 2 inches apart on a greased (I used Pam Butter Spray) cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
