Italian Chicken Breast Salad

18 oz. Chicken Breast { no skin }Mrs. Dash® Italian Medley Seasoning Blend to taste1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic powder1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion1 1/2 cups sliced cucumber (with peel)6 cups Iceburg lettuce 6 Fresh Cherry Tomatoes6 slices Sargento Ultra Thin Provolone
1. Wash the chicken breast . Then pat dry.
2. Cut the chicken breast into strips 3 oz each.
4. Sprinkle the seasoning on to the chicken strips.
5. Grill the strips on a George Foreman grill till the chicken has the internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
6. Dividend the lettuce, cucumber, and the tomatoes into six bowls.
7. Take one slice of cheese and rool it up.
8. Slice it into steps, and put it onto one salads { repeat with the other five slices } .
9. Cut up one of the chicken strips and put it on one of the salads { repeat with the other five chicken strips }.
10. Top with your faverat salad dressing.
