Grilled Cucumber Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
English cucumber - 2 whole, (Peeled)Dill weed, fresh, .25 cup (minced)Garlic powder, 1 tbspSalt, (to taste)Pepper, black, (to taste)Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 cupBaby Romaine or Arugula, 1 cup
Directions
Peel cucumbers and place on HOT grill to mark them (turning as necessary). The point is to not cook the cucumber, but to get the grilled flavor.

Course chop (bite size chunks) the cucumber.

Combine next 5 ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Add cucumber and arugula, combine until well coated.
