Ingredients:*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Spinach, fresh, 0.5 package (10 oz) (remove)Chinese Noodles, cellophane or long rice (mung beans), 2 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)Thai Chili Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Soak chinese noodles in hot water, set aside. Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, & sweet chili sauce & set aside. Brown ground turkey in sesame oil on med-hi heat, add garlic & mushrooms. Add 1/2 of the chicken broth mixture to pan & add a layer of spinach, cover & cook for 5 - 7 minutes. Drain & add noodles to pan with remaining broth mixture, stir together & simmer for 5 minutes.
