Gluten Free Sausage Muffins

Ingredients
Bisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix, 1.25 cup Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 6 TbspCountry Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 3 Tbsp meltedEgg - Eggbeaters, 3 TbspJimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles 3/4 cup
Directions
1. Heat sausage crumbles on medium high until browned and crispy.

2. While sausage is browning mix together bisquick and brown sugar.

3. In a small bowl mix milk, egg beaters, melted butter, and a splash of vanilla extract.

4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry until moistened then mix in the sausage crumbles.

5. In a greased muffin pan, evenly distribute the batter among 11 of the 12 cups.

6. Bake at 375 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes, until golden brown.
