Ingredients
1 apple no core3 oz carrot1 cube ginger fresh2 oz baby spinach1 baby cucumber peeled or half a regular one peeled1 pineapple spear
Directions
cut up everything and toss into a good blender like a vitamix. Add some water and blend well. pour over crushed ice. makes one huge smoothie or two average sized smoothie
