Blend in magic bullet, or blender, store in fridge and blend with ice with each serving naked berry blast, 1 serving Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp, 1 tbsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm, 2 slice
Directions
I blend and put in jug in fridge, then I add ice and blend in my magic bulet each serving before drinking
